Plenary Description

Business Leaders have very practical reasons for deploying Intelligent Energy concepts and technologies in their oil and gas assets – to address specific operational issues and to capture identified opportunities. This plenary session brings together a panel of senior operations executives to discuss the Intelligent Energy successes they have achieved (e.g. increased production, improved safety performance, reduced manning), challenges they have encountered, and future needs they foresee based on both broad industry trends and asset-specific factors. Panelist will highlight existing practices that they view to be unsustainable, and how Intelligent Energy concepts can help either to maintain performance levels in the face of significant operational pressures or to develop resources that would otherwise be technically or economically unfeasible.
