Amy Zeringue is currently the CIO for Chevron’s Global Upstream Capability Drilling and Completions group where she is responsible for short- and long-term information technology strategies to enable Chevron’s drilling and completions engineering and operations organisations globally. She joined Chevron in 2009 and previously held various positions in Chevron’s i-field programme, including Manager of Central Solution Development for Chevron’s Upstream Workflow Transformation organisation.

Prior to joining Chevron, Zeringue worked as a consultant on intelligent energy projects for various clients as part of Accenture’s Energy practice and started her career as a Drilling and Completions Support Engineer with Landmark Graphics Drilling and Well Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University. Ms. Zeringue has previously served as a paper contributor, panelist, and a member of the Programme Committee for the 2012 and 2014 SPE Intelligent Energy conferences.
